Standard Technical Support is available Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
The team at Resolute are a busy bunch, we love to help out if you are struggling but we do have to follow company policies when booking service calls or offering telephone support.
If you have a product purchased directly from Resolute that is less than 12 months old for an R-Jet 5 or an R-Treat spray machine we are happy to offer telephone or on-line support with remote software login.
You must provide as much detail as possible when submitting a request as the support crew will have no knowledge of who you are and may not work in the same location as Resolute HQ. You may be required to submit your serial number before obtaining support.
Service visits warranty or non warranty must be pre-booked during normal office hours.
