The team at Resolute are a busy bunch, we love to help out if you are struggling but we do have to follow company policies when booking service calls or offering telephone support.
If you have a product purchased directly from Resolute that is less than 12 months old we are happy to offer telephone or on-line support with remote software login. If your equipment is out of warranty, we offer extended service agreements at different levels.
Please use the form link below to log your serivce request, you must provide as much detail as possible when submitting a request as the support crew will have no knowledge of who you are and may not work in the same location as Resolute HQ. You will be required to submit your serial number before obtaining support.
Service visits warranty or non warranty must be pre-booked during normal office hours.
