Do you require a timed or Saturday delivery?
Please note: Due to Covid-19 no AM deliveries are possible until January 4th 2021.
We offer several options for urgent deliveries.
If you would like to upgrade your delivery please click the required service below then ad it to your order.
You will recieve a tracking number once your parcel is booked on our system for collection. If you recieve a cancellation notice it should be followed by another tracking number in a few minutes.
Please note the cut off time for next day delivery is 15:30 UK time. All deliveries into Europe could take longer than next day but will be trackable.
Please note: We do not offer timed or Saturday deliveries outside mainland UK.
If your delivery is damaged in any way or you suspect it is has been opened please make sure you sign for the delivery as ″damaged″. We cannot claim on your behalf once the parcel is signed for as ok.
Adverse Weather Conditions
During the winter months temperatures can drop below 0c, if your ink is subject to such temperatures during shipping it could be temperature damaged, Resolute DTG Ltd accept no liability for ink or parts damaged by using temperature damaged ink. You can purchase a freeze monitor to be included with your delivery by clicking the link below. This will indicate if your ink has been temperature damaged. The freeze monitor does not stop your delivery being damaged by temperature and does not make it safe to use should it freeze, it is simply a check to avoid suspicion.
