Delivery
All UK orders placed before 14:30 Monday to Friday will be despatched via next day courier.
European orders placed before 14:30 Monday to Friday will be despatched via TNT, under normal circumstances delivery should be within three working days subject to individual country customs clearance terms. Any claims against loss of delivery should be via email within 30 days of expected delivery date. We track all parcels and log signatures with dates for our records.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order please email info@resoluteink.co.uk as soon as possible. We will refund all payments less any carriage charges incurred within 7 days.

Returns
All returns must be in the original packaging and all items un-used or opened within 7 days of receipt. Once goods are returned a full refund less carriage charges will be issued within 7 days providing you have informed us in writing within the 7 day period post delivery date. We offer free telephone support to customers for printing techniques and colour profile settings. An operators inability or lack of knowledge in these matters is not acceptable as a reason for return. We are not responsible for any waste created or wet parts (parts that touch ink) damaged by operator error.
